What makes the difference of Nesti Soaps toward the majority of the soaps present on the market? The wonderful pack design and the excellent quality of the product itself.
Nesti produces his own soap‘s noodles starting from premium “entire” oils (not …fatty acids ), which are the same used to produce pasta, cookies, chocolate, etc.
Boiling these raw materials in big cauldrons with the traditional method of saponification for 4 days, to obtain a perfect soap base, free from impurities. Then it rests for 24 hours so that the glycerin in eccess falls down and is eliminated: just the “heart” of the cauldron will be used!
This long process allows Nesti to control the whole saponification process to get premium quality soap noodles instead of buying third parties’ noodles.
NESTI SOAPS ARE ROLLED THREE TIMES (triple milled) BY MEANS OF A MACHINE SPECIALLY BUILT IN STAINLESS STEEL. This PRODUCTION PROCESS ALLOWS TO OBTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF REFINING FOR THE PERFECT FINISH PRODUCT. A SMOOTH AND UNIFORM PASTE: NO IMPURITIES AND MORE LONG LASTING.

Nesti soaps are rolled three times (triple milled) by means of a machine specially built in stainless steel. This production process allows to obtain a high level of refining for perfect finish product. A smooth and uniform paste: no impurities and more long lasting.

Sustainability
In the sustainability context, Nesti Dante is a true and concrete example of a company that has fully adopted all aspects of running a sustainable operation.
By implementing changes within our production process, we go beyond simply monitoring our environmental impact, but have truly made it a part of our overall performance.
The use of solar panels and the modernization of lighting systems with the introduction of LED lighting has improved energy efficiency since 2018.
For the preparation of our soaps we only use steam. Zero CO2 emissions.
Attention to safeguarding and respecting the environment occurs through the sustainable supply of raw materials, environmental protection and the fight against corruption and offenses.
Thanks to a special pumping system and highly technological filters, we recover the water from the boilers and reuse it, reducing water waste.
We have no waste. The soap cuttings, via one system of conveyor belts, return to the boiler to be cooked and processed again. Packaging is plastic free.
Nesti Dante is a company with zero environmental impact, already awarded the GREEN COSMOPROF award in 2012.
